I'm a newbie to the IP Office. We have just installed (on 2/22/05) the IP 403 to use for the conference center application. We have the IP Office connected to our current PBX (Avaya Definity G3R).

I have two questions.

1)Is there a way to schedule recurring conferences at one time or do you have to schedule each one seperately. Is this addressed in the "templates" in V3 that I read about in another thread?

2)Is there any way to change the format/information on the e-mail notification that the system sends to the participants. I have the local DID number listed but I would like to add the 1-800 number associated with that DID to the message.

Have been pleased with the system so far. Had a great tech helping me configure the system. She is the one that told me about TEK-TIPS. Thanks again to her.

I dont know how to schedule a repeat conf, if you find a way dont for get to let us all know here

try changing the default bridge number in the system config to set the 1-800 number instead of the local DID

With R3.0 you can schedule repeated conferences using templates.
Editing the registry is necessery to change the information send with e-mails.

It will be all explained on the new release of the documentation CD.

Intigrant, you know who I am, it would be great to know who you are, why dont you invite me round to the canteen for lunch (food here is crap!)
