Conference center 1st user stay on hold problem...

Hello,

IPO version 3,1 networked vith Avaya Integral55 for Web conference over Qsig PRI. Firs user who is enter the conference always stay on hold, If i scheduled multiple conference.

Can you help me if anyone knows this case..
