Conference calls from a 5330

Hi all,

Hoping for a little assistance here as this is driving me nuts!

We have several sites in our network and from most sites we can successfully make conference calls so I am aware of the process on how to establish the conference. Although on one particular controller I cannot get any conference calls happening. When I establish a call with one user I press the transfer key and dial the phone number for the third person. The call connects and keeps the first caller on hold. Now usually I can press the transfer/conference key (the one with the arrow) and this establishes the conference call. In this instance nothing happens?

I have replicated the COS options from a system that works and it all appears to be the same?

Has anyone experienced this issue before?

Just got it work..

For my particular issue the value for 'Maximum CO Trunks in a conference' in systems options was set to 1. I set to 4 and this confirmed to fix the issue for me.

Suggestion is to set all 3 of the "devices in a conference" (CO trunks, parties, trunks)in System Options form to 8.

I don't think it will accept 8 on the trunks. There needs to be at least 1 internal party in a conference.
