conference calls and calls on hold 2

I have a user (EA) that keeps getting the same problem.

An inbound Caller # 1 and the boss (JRL) are speaking to each other.
boss asks user (EA) to conference a new number. she hits the conference call. so lights flash.

before she can dial the conferee number, another call comes in,
she answers and puts it on hold.

when she dials the conference number and presses the conference
button all lines are connected including the second call placed on hold who should not be in on the conference.

That is how it works. It is documented somewhere on a tech tip or something. The only way around it that i know of is to use park buttons.

Tell her to Park the calls that come in during the conference attempt.
