Conference calling feedback

Have never had this problem before but as soon as I get the second line into the conference call(both parties are outside office) I get a very high pitched squeel which is heard by all parties. Any Ideas????

Yes, what you need is some 90A Attenuators that go on the lines before they hit the system. ask your Lucent supplier he should know what they are.
Have run into this problem before and they did the trick.
