Can I setup a conference call DN in M1 Option 11C R25.

YES YOU JUST NEED AO3 OR AO6 IN THE CLS

If I want setup special DN that someone can dial from outside and automatically accept those call to form a conference.

Also, they need to input password for this conference call.

Look at the MICB card/product. This was designed for exactly what you are trying to achieve.
