Conference call with Polycom

HI all,
Would you please help me in this case?
I'm using Polycom SS2 (analog extension) connect with MXONE TSW. I try to make conference call with Polycom, but when I call second party, the first party be disconnect?
WHat's exactly this problem? Do I need to configure somethings on MXONE TSW? How can I do it.
Please instruct me,

Hi Bagao Can you make conference calls off other phones, eg. IP Digital or other analog ones? Suggest you try that first

I found this problem is waiting time for Analog extension set on MXONE.
