I check all the programing and it seems ok nothing change i'm using 3300 ICP. I try conference call on conferece phone 5303, 4050, 4025, 430 with out any luck.

I setup a phone model 4050 in my office and did the conference call I call the 1st number press trans/conf dial the 2nd number then press the conference button when I did that the display on the 4050 show PRI is on HOLD and didn’t allow me to connect the 2 calls.

thanks for the help.

Looks like you exceeded maximum allowed external trunks in a conference.
Check System Options Assignment form

Maximum CO Trunks In A Conference
Maximum Parties In A Conference
Maximum Trunks In A Conference

I did not modify nothing it was working fine last week:

this is the info that I have:

Maximum CO Trunks In A Conference: 4
Maximum Parties In A Conference: 8
Maximum Trunks In A Conference: 8

Change the numbr to:

3
6
6

stil doing the same

Any alarms? It may reject conference connection if it doesn't have enough DSP resources. Did you try to restart the system. It may help because all DSP, E2T and some other fancy stuff is being loaded at startup only. Any starnge messages in logs?

I have found that conferecning does not work over DPNSS but only IP or ETSI to exchange...

has the system restarted since you were out last? I had an issue in r 8 where the conference component wouldn't load up after a reboot. After a manual reboot it would come up again. Good luck

Ok it would sound weird, the tech that help me setup the system mention that he had the same problem with another customer and that Qwest was working in some lines when that happened. Well Qwest was working around my area for a while and when they left the system works again, so who knows what happened but the conference call is working again, thanks everyone for your respond.
