Conference Call Recording?

Hello,
Sorry if this is simple or covered elsewhere...

Is it possible to record a conference call at all?
My users are not using Phone Manager or anything, but we do have Voicemail Pro, and I thought I read something somewhere about this being possible...

Assign a record button to one of the handsets that will be in the conference.
