Hi,

So here's something we can't figure out, so I am hoping to get help from anyone here. We have a few wireless and wired polycom's (plugged into analog lines) which do not allow us to make conference calls. Any suggestions of fixes would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks/

Should be able to use the COnference Add Shortcode.. hit hold or flash and then dial your second party and hold/flash till you have all the parties you want on conference with you on hold. then hit the shortcode(think the default is *47) and it'll connect all people on hold into a conference. that should work from any analog phone

Thanks Infinity306 and default is *47.

No problem, and thanks for the star.I wasn't sure if *47 was the default just checked and saw it was the set 1 here, forgot to put in post that it was *47 here but wasn't sure if that was default or not.
