Conference call not showing extension‘s DID number.

A 3300 using T1 with DID number for outgoing trunk, extn 123, Full digit is 25017123, when 123 want to put third people in to conference, CLID 25017100 will showing on the called party‘s mobile (25017100 is prime number of T1 Trunk), when he put fourth people in to conference, it will show 25017123, even he put fifth in conference, it will show 25017123.

When he tries to make third people in to conference why showing 25017100 instead of 25017123?

I believe you will find that the process that the user follows to create each step of the conference varies.

I suspect that the user is initially using Add Held to create the first 3 party conference. After that, they are then using the conference key as it is meant to be used as Add Held at that point is no longer possible.

thanks kwbMitel, the user only use conference key to setup conference call. Is that other way to make it happen?
