Conference Call issue from SIP extension in TDE-600

Hi,
Could anyone help to solve conference call issue from SIP extension in TDE-600? I am using HD130 telephone set and tried to establish conference call from softphone too but not able to add third party, call drop immediately. Conference call is ok from analog, NT phones but failed in SIP phone. Anyone can help me?

An you call in to sip phone. Is it showing inservice on the system

Hi obtsystems,
Yes SIP port is in service and i am able to call other extensions without any problem. As SIP user have USERNAME and PASSWORD so without IN SERVICE, can not call. All extensions are in same COS.

I would change the password on that sip extensions and see what happens. I have seen it happen before when it allows calls in but not out because it didn’t like the password

I am able to call in and call out from SIP extensions. If i establish conference call from Analog or NT ip extension and include SIP extension in this conference, everything is OK. Only issue is, i can not initiate conference call from SIP extension, only can call one party from SIP extension.
