Conference Call Drop

We have a NEAX 2000 IVS pbx with Dterm Series E phones. I am trying to figure out how to accomplish a conference call drop. (In other words if I add a party on one line and using the conference feature dialed a second party but got voicemail, how do I hang up on the second call without losing the first call.)

On our old AT&T system there was a "Drop" button on the phone that would accomplish this.

Any help would be appreciated.

When you add the second call, you press Transfer, then dial the number. When the caller answers, you press Conf. To drop the second call, you have to press Transfer again before you press Conf. I am not sure how to drop the second call after you have already pressed Conf, but I'll look through some books.
