Conference Call between Analog Sets

I am unable to involve the third party in a conference call, all the parties are analog lines connected to a 3300 via a peripheral cabin, Berkshire 800 phones are used,
all the recommended settings in the system options and COS of the are set properly,

The phones flash well,

I can put the called party on hold and retrieve him back, i can transfer him to a local or remote number or even to a CO trunk,

But still unable making any conference call,

Any insight would be appreciated,

There is a feature code needed to join the conference call?

Have you confirmed all the details under the ONS/OPS Circuit Descriptors? I had a similar issue not long ago and had to adjust the low and high flash timer.

I played with the High and low Flash timers with no result,

The Conference work fine from the DNI and IP phones,

The analog could be a member of a conference with no problem,

But the analog user is unable making any conference Call,

The main issue is after putting the second party on hold and trying to flash the phone to get the second dial tone to dial Conference's feature code, the second dial tone doesn't come up, so the two parties keep on Hold,

As mentioned before, you're probably going to have to play with the flash timers, or another timer either in COS or the circuit descriptor.

You stated you put the party on hold and then tried to flash. If that is correct that is you issue. You don't put anyone on hold you while talking to the first party just flash then dial the second party when they answer flash again and dial the conference code.

You likely have a COS option wrong. Most likely candidate is - Call Waiting Swap - Should be off.
