CONFERENCE BY DIGIT "3" , IS NOT WORKING

Hi, System BC12 SP6

Actually it had not worked anymore.
Aspaparnum=22is 3
but when i try to make conference with suffix 3 it doesn't work. When i try it with the button on digital telephone set, it works properly..

What can be the reason for it?
How can i activate the digit "3" for conference?

check aspac 56, if it is 15 your suffixes wont work as the handset is in automatic DTMF mode
