I would like to ask if there is a way how one can dial a number and be added to a conference with an essential edition. (something similar to conference meet me in preferred edition.

Conference meet me does not work unless you have preferred edition.

Meet Me Conferencing

Conference meet-me refers to features that allow a user or caller to join a specific conference by using the conference's ID number (either pre-set in the control or entered at the time of joining the conference).
• IP500 and IP500 V2 systems require a Preferred Edition license.

Conference Meet Me features can create conferences that include only one or two parties. These are still conferences that are using resources from the host system's conference capacity.

You will need to either buy the correct version or use a third party web based solution.

The only other way is an ad-hoc conference on a handset.

but someone has to start it from the handset right? it cant be started from outside? If yes can you guide me how to do it please?

no, it cant be started from outside...

Caller calls user A, user A can start a ad-hoc conference, conference in an internal user, or an outside user, or both.

Holy shit, I really dont know how many times this needs to be explained. If it is so important to the customer to have this feature, then they need to pay for it.
