Hi all,

I've set up two conference bridges (one per site) on an SCN. Now the customer wants to PIN protect entry into the bridge.

I've got it working for the main site (where the centralized VM lives) but can't seem to get the other site to connect.

I have it set up like this:

SHort code 5138 (Voicemail Node) on the remote system points to a VMPro shortcode whose start point asks for a pin and then transfers to short code 0098 (Conference Meet Me) back on the remote system.

Right now I get prompted for the PIN and then the call disconnects. I'm suspecting it's something to do with the line programmed for one of the shortcodes, but I'm having a tough time making sense of it. In all I want to make sure I still have use of two separate bridges.
Thanks!

Are you transferring it back to a SC that exists at the main site or one that exists at the remote? To transfer to the remote you'll have to make the same SC in the main that dials that SC at the remote otherwise you are transferring to a number that doesn't exist which would result in a disconnect.
