conference bridge options

Hey All
I am looking for a conference bridge option which allows the use of a moderator. Using IPO8.1, vmpro. The conference options in vmpro don't really suit as a lot of moderators want to be able to dial in from outside, with everyone being onhold until they get there.

does anyone know of a few tricks in vmpro that can help me achieve this or a 3rd party app which the client can just buy?

I've tried Kyle's call flow thing but the problem is that outside callers from random numbers never get to enter their own internal bridge as moderator. i have tried changing the $cli in vmpro to the internal but it doesn't accept as internal call. I also tried using a call forwarded number entry into a twinning profile and route to FNE18 conf bridge, but it means a number per outside moderator, and they still can't access their own internal personal bridge. thanks in advance!
