Conference Bridge - E-Mail notification

When a conference is created, an e-mail is sent out to the user. The e-mail message has a date and time stamp that does not match the time the message was really sent. Its off about 5 hours. It should pickup the systme time/date.
Is there a configuration on the MICB board thats missing?

that's a very unique setup, who is the sender of the email, i assume your using desttop msg for that notification, i am intrested in the setup if you have access to it or the ntp number of the manual. i would check the time setting on that board, it should and the time on the mail, both should be the same as the switch but those are the only places the time may need adjusting, the time on vm msg comes from the switch, meaning if your mail is off clock, the vm msg will not reflect it
