Conference before answer

Hi,

Is there any CLS or something else that can be set so that a call can be conferenced before the called party answers i.e. while it is still ringing. This is sometimes called blind conference, immediate conference og single step conference. I know it works on an Definity.

We have Meridian 1 option 11C rel 25

You typically cannot conference until either you receive answer supervison or your EOD timer expires. To kill your EOD before expiry press the # key and se if your conference activates.

I'm not sure that there is a way to do that but you might try the no-hold conference feature and see if that suits your needs.
