We have a customer who has requested the following conference bridge setup. The system is running 9.0 and it is a Linux App Server.
They want to have a conference bridge with a moderator who has to accept conference entrants after they have said their name. The customer is not based on the same system as the conference bridge (the conference is hosted on a dedicated IP500v2/voicemail in our DC).
To do this we created a dummy user of 6010 and a shortcode of 555XXXX/Conf MeetMe/.
We then set the conference module up as
Menu with two entries
4929# and **
4929# flows to a Voice Question then to a whisper and finally to a transfer to 5556010
** flows to a Menu with a $ that requests a number to be entered, that number is then checked against a variable box set to extension, and if it is a valid extension (ie 6010) it transfers to 5556010 (using 555$CP0)
This works perfectly and anyone entering via 4929# is placed on hold until the moderator joins, hears the whisper and accepts using 1.
Now the issue we are having is if two more people have entered using 4929# before the moderator enters the bridge the moderator only gets one whisper and thus can only press 1 once and it only allows 1 of the queuing people into the actual bridge.
Any ideas?
