Is there away to have the voice mail forward a call to a cell phone or to another number out side the system?

Hi Kilroy,
The voicemail can "outcall" but will not do a trunk to trunk transfer. "Outcalling" calls the number(s) in the outcalling list to inform the suscriber of a message. The message can be retrieved at that time.
The phone system can do this by forwarding an extension out of the system.

If you have Centrex lines, the auto attendant can use a selector code to do a Centrex flash-transfer to an outside number.
