conf not allowed?

i am trying to dial a recording in the mermail (as) then put that recording on our overhead paging. it did work, but when i went live, the calling party can't conf.

will not allow me to use my conf key, after i get answer supervision, the conf button is disabled on the set? i thought it had been tested when i programed it. the request was to conf a msg from the mermail with overhead page. it works if i call the acd 1st and wait until the mail answers and then conf the trunk.. what has changed and does anyone have a cleaner way to do this way to do this.

must be monday, the timers on the trunk had to time out 1st, 13952 might be a little long for a eod. after that expires you can conf..thanks anyway
