I've installed Conference Center 3.0 (I had 2.1 working fine.) When I view resources, I'm limited to 5 simultaneous conferences and 1 participant per conference, so effectively, I can't create a conference. I've searched the docs and online help and can't figure out how to change my resource limitations. Any ideas?

Log into conference center admin using the administrator account created when it was installed (the one everyone forgets to write down somewhere really safe as you can't change it without deinstalling).

Once logged in, select the Configuration tab and set the resource level required (which to be really awkward is done as percentage rather than actual number of conference parties - one day we'll see some sensible design done on a product).

Thanks for the response. I tried this, both are set to 100%. I also restarted the service in Windows. This is an IP412 used only as a conference bridge, two T1s attached to my PBX, so it should have 48 channels available. I didn't have this problem under 2.1.

Back pedal very fast to 2.1 and raise a ticket with your support channel. You've followed the right route for setting the resource level - key: does anyone else have this problem.

I have conf center V3.0 running fien on an IPO403 in our dem room

I suspect this is porbably a configuration issue
