Conf calling

Having Trouble conf 2 outside trunks. I have gone trough and check all the various settings. trunk 2 trunk xfer.... I know I must be missing something and was hoping someone could jog my memory with an "oh yeah why didnt I think of that". Right now trunk 2 trunk is set to restricted Proogix 9.5 and enabling trunk 2 trunk overide in the cos is the only way to complete the call and disconnect supervision is on. Any thoughts????
