Conexant's website will tell you that they don't manufacture modems... just chipsets... did you buy this modem by itself? or did it come with your computer? search the web for a program called listmodem. what it does is search your chipset for who the modem manufacturer is...and sometimes will give you a website... this should be where you get the drivers from ( unless it's a boxed modem or came with your computer, check with your manuals then )
