Conectivity Problems with Super Stack 3

Hi,
I bought 3 new Super Stack 3 3226, we have replaced on our lan 3 old switches with them.
The problem that I have is that users could see shares on servers, or use emai, internet o query an SQL database only for a few minutes, then they can´t get to any of these services until they restart their computers. Could somebody help me on this?
