Conecting to SQL 2000 from Cobol problem 1

Hi! When I try to connect to SQL Server 2000 with OBDC tool,

connect goes well, getting tables goes well, but when I press select to select the fields ERROR ocures:

PowerCOBOL runtime system
Getting 800200 bytes memory was unsuccessful.

What is wrong????
Please HELP!
