Symply you can't, the only chance is connect hem all locally via the blue cAT5 wiring

You could use a media converter at each end to convert copper to fibre and vice versa.

Not tried this myself but if distance is the issue you could use copper with a switch in the middle - POE powered if no mains.

You really need to be clearer about what you are asking. The subject you entered for the thread is slightly different from the question you asked. And then the question is very unclear as to whether you are wanting to connect two IP Office control units or to connect a control unit to an external expansion module.


- External expansion modules should only be connected to the control unit using the cable supplied. It may look like an Ethernet LAN cable but what it carries is not Ethernet. No, do not try using a media convertor.

- If connecting two control units, you need a data network between the two.

- Depending on the wiring used and type of phones, the phones can be 1000m from their external expansion and the control unit.

If the two locations 150m apart are different building, then you need to tell us.
