Hi ,
In an Invoice Ledger there is a date to show the date the invoice was raised.
What I want to show is that when the date exceeds 30 days that the date of invoice will change background colour so that the bookeeper can then query the company.

I think that the condtional format would work, but not sure how to do it.
The name of the Date field is "Dateraised."

Many thanks

Go to the conditional formatting menu option with the cursor on the field you want, and then select Expression IS in the first drop down. Type DateDiff("d",[DateRaised],Date())>30
in the next box.

Select the formatting you want and click OK.

MOST of the time, the first time you do this, Access puts the field name in quotes for some silly reason - if it doesn't work, go back and check the formula again, removing any errant quotes and it'll stay that way the second time around ;)
