conditions in vmpro:office hours settings?

hi,just tryin to set up a module with a different routing decided by the hours the calls arrive
my office hours are
8.30
12.30
14.00
17.30
i got problems with condition.
every hour the call enters arrives in the menu after the "is during the working hours?"condition.

can you help me?

the Logical operator for the week planner in conditions unfortunatly defaults to AND

this meas thet to get a yes result you would need to be monday 130-1230 AND monday 13:30-1730 - etc.

to get this to work correctly you need to change the operator to OR

i had already changed in OR.
i have 2 wee planners one with each day set 8.30 12.30
and the other 14.00 17.30 but yesterday evening external calls came in and didnt went the destination tied to FALSE.

To clarify: In a single condition (call it "day" for example) you have 2 week planners both associated with this same condition, both are set to OR, 1 is m-f 8:30 to 12:30 the other is m-f 14:00 to 17:30? Then, in your callflow you're doing a check condition against "day"?

And the time is correct on the VMS PC?
