Hi guys, maybe my google-fu is off today, but I haven't been able to find a way to manipulate footer sizes conditionally. For example, I would check the page number and shrink or expand the footer depending what page I was on (during printing of the report). I'm pretty good with VBA in general, but only recently started using Access, so I'm not familiar with what all is possible. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

What footer do you want to shrink? Typically these sections find their own size and are difficult to resize through code.

Maybe if you suggested a logical need for this, someone might be able to suggest a solution.

Thanks Duane, this is a similar problem to my other post. I need to keep some data at the bottom of the page (hence in the page footer) but on certain pages I need hide half of that data. Very simple, actually! I just put a subform in the footer and put some code in the OnFormat event to hide the subform depending on which page I'm on. However, the footer size does not shrink down just because I've hidden the subform. So on those pages I am left with the bottom half of the page being blank, where the subform would normally be. If I can shrink the footer size on those pages, I'll be set.
