I need to conditionally format a list box in a report to change the color of the numbers, calulated percentages, presented at various threshold values to show normal, above normal, and below normal. I do not remember the code.
Do you have Access 2000 or 97? I've heard in 2000 there is conditional formating but if you have 97 (or previous) what you will have to do (and bare with me I'm doing this from memory) is set the background color of your field(s) on the report to transparent and then place a label ontop of it (them) and write your If statement to reference the value of the field it is ontop of and then send the label to the background so that it is behind the field. That way it "appears" as if the field has changed color.
I know this sounds like babble but it works. I found this on tek tips a couple of years ago. I'll do a key word search to see if I can find an actual code example.
