Is there any way to change the y position of a field using a formula?

The only way you can do this is to copy field and place it in your two locations and then use logic to suppress and show each one as required.

Is it possible to do through code in vb.net?

No idea I am not a VB.net programmer. Try posting in the Integrate forum.
