Hi,

I have 8 columns, if value of a "ROW" in the the 6th,7th and 8th COLUMN are '0' then I DON'T want the entire row in all 8 columns to be shown.

How would i do this?

Thanks
Jk

Hi,
Just use a record selection formula that checks those coulmns :

{col6} <> 0 and {col7} <> 0 and {col8} <> 0

Use OR instead of AND if you wnat to exclude any records where ANY of those columns is 0

Hi,
Just a note about best practices in here Tek-Tips:
Usually a post to one of the Crystal groups is enough and will help you see all the answers to your postings instead off duplicating them in several places which you woul dneed to check.

This one belonged in the Formulas section and not this one ( as you know, since you posted it there as well as a follow up to anothers thread.)
