Hi,

Access XP

I have a Continous form which lists all the different theatre bookings a customer has made.

What I want to be able to do is sum the number of tickets by show.

For example, if they have booked 3 tickets to see Cats on one day, 2 tickets to see Joseph another day and 1 further ticket the following day for Cats I want a running sum to say 4 for Cats, 2 for Joseph etc.

The reason I need this is that we offer discounted tickets to customers but only to a maximum of 6 so i need to see if they have booked more than 6 tickets per show.

I hope all this makes sense.

Can i do what I want to do?

TIA

Steven
