I'M TRYING TO CREATE A REPORT TO GENERATE LABELS. THE COMPANY LOGO (AN OLE UNBOUND OBJECT) MUST ONLY BE SHOWN IF SPECIFIED CRITERIA ARE SATISFIED, OTHERWISE I WANT TO PRINT A TEXT FIELD (THE DEALERS NAME). IF THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE, HOW CAN I MAKE THE LOGO ONLY BE VISIBLE IF SPECIFIED CRITERIA ARE SATISFIED?

You don't give us a lot of info, but generally speaking, the visibility of a control can be determined by using a conditional statement in the Format Event for the section of the report the control is in. So if this is in the detail section then it would look like this.

If Me.Textbox = "ABC" Then
Me.Logo.Visible = True
Else
Me.Logo.Visible = False
End If
