I am trying to set up conditional formatting for two columns of data so that if a number in coumn B appears anywhere in coumn D then the cell in column B goes Red.
What I have at the moment is:
with cell B3 selected - Cell Value Is equal to D3:D50
but nothing happens. Any ideas anyone?

How about Formula Is: and a condition like:
Code:
=MATCH(B1,$D$1:$D$999,0)
and choose whatever format you want for highlighting.

Cheers, Glenn.
