Ladies and Gentlemen,
Please help.

I have a report that pulls from a query and lists:

a. Tasks (Text)
b. Task Serial Numbers (Text)
c. Notes (Text)
d. Task Complete (Yes/No Checkbox)

In the report, I have the text boxes (a-c) conditionally formatted so that their background goes to green if the "Task Complete" checkbox (d) is checked (true).

Tasks are unique assignments, but the task serial numbers are identical within a group. For example, the "Task" (a) is "Report Due", and the "Task Serial Number" (b) is "Report 001". The next "Task" (a) in the group is "Report Presentation" and the "Task Serial Number" (b) is "Report 001".

How can I set up the report so that if one record has "Task Complete" (d) as true (thus highlighted in green), all records with the same "Task Serial Number" will also be highlighted in green?

Thank you very much in advance.

you could try grouping your data on the TaskComplete field, and then set the whole group's background to green...
