I have a very large spread sheet with multiple columns of information. I have three columns of info that I want to look for duplicate entries.
Date Truck No. Gross Weight
Row 1 1-1-03 0001 82000
Row 2 1-1-03 0001 82000
Row 3 1-1-03 0001 82050
1-3-03 0002 82050
1-3-03 0002 82050
I want to format all entries with same date, same truck # and same weights.

I can get row one to format with the conditional formatting, but can't seem to get the right combination for row 2 and not row 3.

I would appreciate any help or thoughts anyone might have.

Thanks

Hi Dolesegofer,

In the fourth column I suggest you concatenate the three fields together with the formula: =B2&C2&D2

It is much easier to find duplicates with one field than three.

Then follow Chip Pearson's instructions for Highlighting Duplicate entries at:

and changing "Range1" to your range in col D and A5 to D2.

If you have any problems please reply for assistance.

Good Luck!
