I have a spreadsheet with 5 columns, all data in these cells are dependant on conditional formatting to create a traffic light scenario. However I need the 6th column to 'count' the number of red cells in the row and if there is more than one instance, then format the 6th column cell as red.
I have read through some of the existing threads but cannot find what I need. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

create a formula for the conditional formatting that incorporates the criteria of the formatting of the other cells.

i.e.:
A1: =A1=""
B1: =B1=""
C1: =AND(A1="",B1"")

Cheers,

Roel

Hi,

All CF is based on values in the sheet.

Use these values to make the additional CF.
