When I set up conditional formatting on and expression field based on the value of another field in the report, I get a #Name? where the expression field value should be. The conditional formatting works but the value of the field doesn't show. The conditional formatting on other fields works just fine based on the value of another field but not the expression field.

Works OK for me.
Are you sure this is a CF problem.
If you remove CF from that textbox does it display correctly?

Actually, I figured it out. We had left the name of the expression in the query upon which the report was based as just expr1. When I changed the name of the expression to something like "Client" and then changed the name of the field in the report, it was fine. Interesting.
