applied conditional format base on value of true or false for a field called 'OnLeave'

the format is only applied to that field and not all the fields in that record

i want all the fields in the record in the report to be itallic if onleave is true and not just the onleave field.

any suggestions, please.

Select all the fields & then go to conditional formatting & use the Expression Is option
