Regarding conditional formats .
Normally, in Excel, I manually create "striped" sheets to resemble fan fold paper by highlighting the whole spreadsheet and then going into conditional formatting and selecting "formula is" and "=MOD(ROW(),2)=1" and "light yellow", which produces sheets that are very easy on the eye.
Can I do this from VFP programmatically?

Thanks in advance

Yes. Do it by hand in Excel with the Macro recorder running then copy that code it Fox. You'll have to edit some of it because Fox won't know about the constants built into Excel.

Sorry, I should have started by asking whether you know how to create Excel from within VFP. If not, ask again and we'll give more details.
