Conditional Form Fields

Ok, I have a drop down on my form with lets say x, y, z. If the user chooses y as the choice, I want to make another field to "appear" and allow the user to enter additional information. I.E. go from dithered to undithered.

There's a few places you can go for java scripts that will do that for you.
