Hi,
I have not used access for a while and can't remember this. I would like to count if a field that would like like this
Count if (STATUS is in ('ARR','RES'))

Where STATUS is the field name and ARR and RES are the two values that I am counting.

Thanks a lot.

You should be able add a text box to a group or report header or footer with a control source like:

=Sum(Abs(Status IN ("ARR","RES")))
