Voicemail Pro on the UC Module. Version 9.0.400.965.
I have been querying the Avaya support forums as well. This user has no PASS agreement or warranty anymore.
When you try to open condition editor (or try to import/export) you get this info in a popup:
"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately."
Clicking continue keeps VM Pro client open but does not ever open condition editor for making changes to time/holiday.
Clicking Quit closes client.
Has anyone seen this and know the solution please?
We rebooted everything. I get it with Office manager and VM Pro client 9.1 on my Windows 7 laptop.
The user gets the same error using VM Pro client 9.0.4 on her Windows 8 machine.
Thanks in advance.
David.

Thanks yes. It worked normally until 3 weeks ago. Same PC for the client. Logging in as Administrator. New version of VM Pro Client for me but my Client works correctly on other systems.

Re install VM Pro client?

also check PC, it smells of a possible Microsoft security patch causing issues/

Hi folks. Re-installed VM Pro Client. No help.
We had some personnel moved and One-X stopped working so the UC module was reset. A few days later it was discovered that Condition Editor would not open.

Not that I've seen this, but I'd make a fresh backup before doing anything else.
And maybe "view as text", to see if the conditions are still there in the VMPro database.

Kind regards

Gunnar
