Condition Data Flow Task 1

I have a package with two data flow tasks.

I want the second data flow task to be executed only if a variable in the first package is set to 'yes'.

I can't see a way of performing the simple condition at the Control flow level or with a single data flow to represent the two data flow tasks combined. I need a simple variable 'IF'. Is there a way of doing this?
