Conditinal formatting on time field

Good morning.

I need to have a way of changing time field's color on a form. I have tried several ways, but without success. Basically, I need the font to turn red if the time is before 8:00 AM. Any ideas?

I would try an expression like:
<#08:00:00#

Thanks dhookom! That was what I was missing! I knew the date had to be surrounded by the '#' sign, but I didn't realize that it was needed for time calculations as well. It's always the little things that cause you the most trouble!
