We are using Concierge, so incoming calls are "answered" by Concierge after one ring and then queued for an operator. A third party call logger effectively looses sight of the call during that time and only sees it again when its been connected to a station.

Is there a module for Concierge that will disclose the call queue time and pick up time etc ?

Will any third party call logger be able to see these times? As another call logger provider say they will be able report these times. However our present provider says they will report on any information provided, suggesting that data is not available to be recorded.
